Soba Noodle Bowl With Sweet & Spicy CBD Sauce

Say hello to your replacement for takeout! This Asian-inspired CBD recipe inspired by the FoodieCrush recipe for Sesame Soba Noodles comes together faster than even the speediest delivery driver can arrive.(2)

Bowl Ingredients

  • 1 bundle of soba noodles
  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken thigh or 1 serving of extra-firm tofu
  • ½ cup broccoli florets, cut into small pieces
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ tbsp peanut oil for cooking

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 tsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 toasted sesame oil
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • ½ tsp rice vinegar
  • ½ tsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp dried ginger
  • Large pinch of dried chili flakes (or to taste)
  • 1 dropperful Pure Craft Nano CBD Tincture - Orange
  • Fresh lime wedges (optional)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

  • Place a frying pan over medium heat and add the peanut oil. Once the pan is hot, sear the chicken or tofu until cooked through and set aside. Turn the pan heat down to low.
  • Add the vegetables to the frying pan with a splash of water, and cover to steam.
  • Fill a small saucepan halfway with water and bring to a boil. Add soba noodles.
  • While the noodles and vegetables are cooking, prepare the sauce. Add all ingredients to a jar or container and shake until combined. Taste the sauce and adjust spice level and seasoning if necessary.
  • Once noodles are cooked through, rinse them briefly with cold water. Add them to a bowl, then top with the protein and vegetables. Squeeze on fresh lime and sprinkle on sesame seeds if desired. Drizzle the CBD-infused sauce over the bowl, then dig in!

This recipe makes one large noodle bowl. Scale it up for your guests or family.

Mediterranean Farro Salad With CBD-Infused Olive Oil & Citrus Dressing

Savory, fresh, and satisfying are a few words that come to mind when we think of this farro salad. It’s a heartier take on the middle-eastern classic, tabbouleh.(3)

It also refrigerates well, so you can make an extra serving for lunch the next day. If you do make enough for leftovers, we recommend keeping the CBD-infused dressing separate and dressing the salad when it’s time to dig in.

Salad Ingredients

  • ½ cup dried farro
  • ½ cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Roma tomato, diced or a handful of cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup diced cucumber
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ½ cup packed tender herbs of your choice (parsley, cilantro, basil, and mint all work great here), torn into small pieces or roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives
  • A small handful of feta cheese or goat cheese crumbles
  • ½ tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Dressing Ingredients

Directions

  • Cook the farro according to the package instructions. In the last few minutes of cooking, add the chickpeas. Once the farro is tender, drain out the water and drizzle with ½ tablespoon of olive oil. Toss to combine in the serving bowl. Allow it to rest at room temperature. Alternatively, you could complete the step in advance and store the farro in the refrigerator.
  • Prepare the dressing. Add all ingredients to a jar or container and shake to combine.
  • Top the farro and chickpeas with vegetables, olives, and cheese. Pour over the dressing.

This recipe serves one as a main course, or two as a side dish. You could pair it with chicken, fish, or legumes for a meal with more protein, but it’s perfectly satisfying as-is.

Scrambled Egg Tacos With Cucumber-Mango CBD Salsa

With eggs as the protein, taco night comes together faster and easier than ever.

Consider yourself warned: The salsa has a sweet heat that’s wildly addicting! This recipe makes enough salsa for leftovers. Eat it with chips or crackers for a CBD-infused snack. Just remember the whole batch contains four full doses of CBD oil.

Taco Ingredients

  • 4 small corn or flour tortillas (taco size)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 avocado, pitted and diced
  • Oil or butter for scrambling the eggs
  • A few sprigs of cilantro for garnish

Salsa Ingredients

Directions

  • Heat a lightly oiled or buttered frying pan over medium-low heat. Set out the tortillas on a large plate. Set aside the avocado.
  • Make the salsa. Add the mango, cucumber, jalapeno, and chopped cilantro to a large bowl. Squeeze the lime into the bowl, add the CBD oil, then toss everything together.
  • Once the pan is hot, pour in your eggs and scramble with a spatula.
  • Distribute the scrambled eggs and avocado evenly between the tortillas. Spoon salsa onto each taco. Garnish with the reserved cilantro sprigs.
  • Store the remaining salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator, labeled to specify CBD contents.

We know it can be tricky to put a serving size on tacos. They’re just so easy to eat! But for this recipe, we’ll call four tacos one serving. Dole out that salsa accordingly.
